Worship Team 2008-2009 guidelines

(below is information about different areas where you want to serve on the worship ministry. Please feel obliged to go beyond the scope of these guidelines so that everyone may be prepared for the their own spiritual lives and worship set)

Team Leader

  1. You are first-most, to be an example of a Christ-centered person of God. 
  2. You will be the person who will guide the team’s direction for each weekly meeting for CCF
  3. You will schedule 2 practices MINIMUM for the team (preferably one before the week of and one of the week of the CCF weekly meeting)
  4. You are all encouraged to be part of a CCF small group. NOT mandatory. Small groups is encouraged for leading and growing in your own spiritual life
  5. You could possibly be RESPONSIBLE for the AV system for your worship set. (if there are no AV people available for that week)
  6. You could possibly be RESPONSIBLE for the PowerPoint presentation for your worship set. (if there are no PowerPoint specialists available for that week)
  7. You are to report any problems to the coordinator so that he may solve them (try to anyways)

Team Support

  1. You are to be an example of a Christ-centered person of God
  2. You will try to the best of your abilities; attend worship practices, laid out by the team leader.
  3. You are all encouraged to take part of small groups because of your own will to grow spiritually in God.
  4. You could possibly be responsible to help out the AV systems team (i.e. the AV team or your team leader for the week)
  5. If you have any problems with worship team, feel free to talk about it anyone on the worship team/ worship coordinator

You must comply with the paragraph below about Extra Information.

 

Extra Information

ALL worship practices MUST begin with a devotion and prayer. Devotions may be in any form of personal sharing and or light bible study and or group discussion. All worship committee team members are to be on time for practice, and during the whole course of the semester, each person must lead at least ONE devotion session in the practices, during the whole course of the semester.
